QMAD, Queens Media Arts Development, organizes cultural and educational programs of service to the community of Queens and New York City at large. Through out the year, QMAD encourages the participation of individual artists, community groups, organizations, and community representatives to collaborate in the implementation of its diverse activities and events.

CINEMAROSA

Queens Only Queer Film Series presents free screenings of Independent LGBT films, organizes events, and facilitates a safe environment for cultural LGBT activities.

FRAMING AIDS

Queens Annual Observance of World AIDS Day Through The Arts. is a multidisciplinary program designed to contextualize the re-emergent World wide concern about the AIDS Pandemic, and its effects on local communities and populations around the globe.
